Wow, it allows me to do custom color

OK this app has some promise, but needs some refinement. It needs layers so that I can adjust the hue or color of an area, then create another layer and adjust the hue or colour.

It allows you to rub off black and white image to reveal the colors, then do a global adjustment to the whole image.
